The Challenge Report is based on the Hogan Development Survey questionnaire.

The Challenge Report is specifically designed for leadership behavior. The report focuses specifically on what happens to a leader’s behavior under pressure, fatigue or uncertainty. This makes behavioral risks, potentially dysfunctional behavior and possible risk of derailment visible.

The report is part of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series -LFS, the flagship of the Hogan Assessments-, in which each report provides information about the personality traits, competencies, and values ​​that underpin how a leader approaches leadership. In the LFS, the impact of the leadership style on interaction with others (team, stakeholders) and on the reputation of the leader is explicitly presented.
