The Potential Report is specifically designed for leadership behavior and therefore outlines day-to-day leadership style, leadership competencies and comprehensive development recommendations.

The report is part of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series -LFS, the flagship of the Hogan Assessments-, in which each report provides information about the personality traits, competencies, and values ​​that underpin how a leader approaches leadership. In the LFS, the impact of the leadership style on interaction with others (team, stakeholders) and on the reputation of the leader is explicitly presented.
